I make an original style Salsa Macha that is a complex blend where the fruity, smoky profile of toasted chiles perfectly balances the rich, earthy crunch of peanuts and high-quality olive oil. There are no tomatoes in this salsa. I also do traditional red Salsa and Green Salsa. Another type is my lemon-jalapeno salsa which is a bright lemon flavor with a jalapeño kick, it is a tangy, fresh, and spicy type salsa. I will also make home-made flour tortillas (I may make some on the spot there at the farmer's market as well.)
